Paying Tolls with Credit Card is Easy!

Simply insert your credit card into the machine (just like you do at the gas station).

  • Make sure the credit card strip is facing up (credit card may face either way, as long as the strip is on top).
  • Any credit card or gift card that has the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express logo is accepted. 
  • Look for the green light and go!

Important Information about our Customer Service Center...

In observance of Memorial Day, our Customer Service Center will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2013. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.

Also note that there will be no Toll Attendants on duty at the Otay Mesa Toll Plaza on Memorial Day. Cash paying travelers should note that Automated Cash Machines take exact change only, so please plan accordingly.
