Once you have your FasTrak transponder, simply mount it on the inside of your windshield and you’re good to go! When driving on the South Bay Expressway, just continue through the non-stop “FasTrak Only” lanes and your toll will be automatically deducted from your prepaid account. It’s that easy! You can check your FasTrak account balance on our Web site any time 24/7. And don’t forget to take your transponder with you when you travel to Orange County or the Bay Area. You can use your FasTrak transponder on any California toll facility that accepts FasTrak. Click here to see where FasTrak can take you!
Important Information about our Customer Service Center
In observance of Labor Day, the Customer Service Center will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2015. We will resume normal business hours on our next business day.
Also note there will be no Toll Attendants on duty at the Otay Mesa Toll Plaza on Labor Day. Cash-paying travelers should plan accordingly as Automated Cash Machines take exact change only. Payment may also be made by credit card at the machines. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In July, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and telephone prompts changed. Please listen and choose carefully when you call the Customer Service Center.
