SANDAG FasTrak Retail Program-Proposals accepted on an ongoing basis SANDAG is seeking proposals from qualified retailers to sell FasTrak® transponders valid for use on Express Lanes, such as those on Interstate 15, and toll facilities, like the South Bay Expressway. The current SANDAG FasTrak customer base includes more than 50,000 accounts. As SANDAG works to grow the FasTrak program and develop new facilities, the number of accounts is expected to grow dramatically. To serve this expanded customer base, SANDAG is seeking partnerships with retail locations where potential customers can easily pick up a transponder. Important Information about our Customer Service Center
Starting in July, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and telephone prompts are changing. Please listen and choose carefully when you call the Customer Service Center.
In observance of Independence Day, our Customer Service Center will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2015. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2015. Also note that there will be no Toll Attendants on duty at the Otay Mesa Toll Plaza on Friday, July 3. Cash paying travelers should note that Automated Cash Machines take exact change only, so please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
